In 2010, I represented companies in their regulatory matters. During the post-crisis recovery period, there was a significant increase in the number of Ukrainian and Moldovan workers in the predominantly construction companies I represented. Since my partners were satisfied with the representation I provided on their behalf, they also asked me to handle the immigration matters of their employees as a first choice. I could clearly see the opportunity hidden in this request, so I accepted it. Thanks to the initial challenges, the many hours of work, learning, and dedication I put into it, I quickly turned it into a fast and efficient process. 

The initial resurgence was characterized by a decrease in the number of assignments at times. Due to the granting of humanitarian status to Ukrainian citizens fleeing the Russian-Ukrainian war, my work became devoid of purpose. The situation presented a challenge for me and inspired me to do additional work. Thanks to this additional effort, the Company was established in 2022. Our office is located in a property owned by us, where, as a Sales and Recruitment office under the name R-Toth Office Kft, we carry out our daily work with 4 employees alongside excellent domestic and international partners.
